		<description>One more tip for Metro travelers.  You know those seats marked for use by elderly people or people with disabilities?  If you&#039;re NOT in one of those categories, and you&#039;re occupying one of those seats, you are required by law--and common decency--to offer your seat to a standing rider who IS in one of those categories.</description>
