While we encourage discussion on all travel and otherwise related topics, we would like to clarify the responsibilities of community members here at ProjecTravel. As such, please read and familiarize yourself with the following terms and rules.

COMMUNITY RULES

Forums

1. Posts are to be made in the relevant forums. Please read the forum descriptions before posting. Users who consistently post in the wrong forums will be given a warning, then a temporary ban.

2. Posts should at all times be respectful of community members. Flaming, abuse of members, or any comments that are deemed disrespectful by ProjecTravel staff will not be tolerated and may lead to a permanent ban. Racist, sexist, and sexually related threads will be deleted and the user banned. This is your one and only warning.

3. Do not self police. If you find that a topic offensive, please contact a member of ProjecTravel staff to deal with it appropriately.

4. Spam is not tolerated under any circumstances.

Signatures

1. May contain up to three lines of small or normal sized text, and one image with dimensions of 468px wide x 60px high. At present we don't have any plans to host signature images on our servers.

2. All user signatures must adhere to forum community rules.

3. Links in signatures are permitted to a maximum of two unique pages or sites. Links may not be commercial in nature.

Avatar

1. Users are allowed to upload an avatar of up to 60px x 60px. It may not contain animation, may not resemble any Plain White Paper, Ltd affiliated product, site, or be in any way related to ProjecTravel.

2. Users are not allowed to portray members of staff in any way shape or form.

3. Avatars must adhere to forum community rules.

Policing

1. ProjecTravel operates a three strike policy. Users will be warned a maximum of three times for minor offenses, and if the need arises a temporary ban will be put in place of between 1-7 days.

2. Racist, sexist, and sexually related threads will be deleted and the user banned.

3. Arguing with ProjecTravel staff will result in an additional and immediate warning, and should this result in a third warning, the user will be subject to the above rules governing suspension and banning.

4. Any attempt to circumvent a temporary ban or other moderator action will result in a permanent ban on your account(s).

5. Users who feel they have been treated unfiarly should contact the community head.

Plain White Paper, Ltd. also publishes F3FundIt – a site dedicated to the European entrepreneur.
